Now Hiring - B2B Sales Leader - $90,000 - $100,000 in Toledo, OH

Summary:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom plastic extrusion parts and they are looking for a B2B Sales Leader for their growing sales team. In this role this person would be required to not only supervise the sales team, but also conduct sales themselves. This is a working manager position who will be reporting directly to the CEO and working with them to create sales goals and strategies.

Requirements:

• Supervise the marketing, business development, and customer service teams
• Develop sales plans to achieve growth and drive incoming order targets
• Create short and long-term sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and communicate KPIs for the Sales Department and participate on the Leadership Team
• Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
• Understand products, capabilities, value propositions and market needs
• Deploy consultative approach to selling for custom solutions.
• Deliver presentations to customers and targeted prospects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
• Five years related sales management experience
• Presentation Skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of the manufacturing process
• Plastic extrusion background is helpful
• B2B sales preferred
